Serious and complex but also delicate and approachable—benchmarks for the appellation. The grapes are from a selection of the best vineyard plots. They undergo a gentle pressing to extract the purest juice and are handled exclusively in stainless steel.

Bordeaux Blanc, Bordeaux.

Aromas of fresh, ripe lemon, grapefruit, and apple. Dry with medium acidity and lean tart texture.

Medium body with oaky character blending with sauvignon aromas. Crisp, dry, and medium acidity with notes of citrus.

Dry elegant, and concentrated on the palate with ripe apple, lemon - lime juiciness, and flinty mineral flavors. Finishing long and creamy.

Aromatic nose with predominant notes of white fruit, spices, and underpinned by a subtle touch of oak and vanilla. Mineral on the palate with a good balance between acidity and roundness. Lovely length.

Superbly fruity with aromas of ripe and black fruits, predominantly strawberry cassis. Medium body with generous mouthfeel and silky tannins.

Cab/ Merlot, Medoc.

Fresh blackberry, blueberry, currant, and plum flavors infused with deft touches of cinnamon and exotic spices for added complexity.

Hints of dried spices and vanilla over a core of cherry fruit. A full body, supple, and profound flavorful experience.

Cab/Merlot, Margaux.

Merlot/Cab - black cherry, graphite, spice, black, and green pepper followed by a medium to full body with a sappy finish.

Red and black fruits enhanced by a touch of oak from the barrel-aged syrah and touch of leather and earth complement tannins rounding out an elegant and long finish.
